Lilies of June

Our lilies have been beautiful this year. but blooms only last the day. The yellow one, Happy Returns, is full of blooms daily. It is a joy to go out each day and see what is blooming in the garden.
Take time to enjoy the blooms around you today.

The pink and white Asiatic lily, Lollypop, is a new addition this year with several blooms on each stem. Montenegro is the red Asiatic lily pictured.

June is Bustin' Out with Roses

The climbing rose bush is full of beautiful flowers that have a wonderful fragrance filling the air. We have had some much needed rain the last 2 days.

Another Look at the Orchid

The birds keep a watchful eye on our white orchid sitting by the windows in the living room.

Love Our Orchid

Our white orchid has been beautiful this year......wanted to share this beauty with you. It has been blooming since April and now has 12 blooms opened with more to come.

We must have just the right kind of conditions in the living room including the correct light levels as we do not do any thing special ...it just sits there and blooms. We have one more orchid that has been blooming from February and still has 2 open blooms.

The Pool is Open!

Pool is ready for swimming! Al spent all day Sunday power washing the deck and outdoor furniture. I helped with the furniture. I still have some pots to add but we are ready for visitors. Give us a call and let us know when to expect you.....so we can get the grill hot. Family and friends welcome!
All we need is some hot weather and sunny days to enjoy the pool. Had rain today but cleared up in the afternoon.
